Covid-19 clubhouse policy

In order to keep or members, guests and staff safe, we have implemented a new set of measures.

  • Members and guests to arrive to rear of building to be checked into clubhouse – details are recorded and stored for 21 days for track and trace purposes
  • Hand sanitiser available at entrance
  • One-way system in operation
  • Members and guests will be seated and table service only will be in operation – table occupancy is restricted to 45 minutes in busy periods
  • Indoors – limited to members of two households – maximum of six people
  • Outdoors – limited to at most six people from any number of households
  • A full Covid risk assessment has been carried out
  • Staff have been trained accordingly and will wear PPE when in contact with guests
  • Regular cleaning schedules in place throughout the clubhouse
  • Members who are accompanied by children are responsible for supervising them at all times and should follow social distancing guidelines
  • In adverse weather conditions customers cannot seek shelter indoors unless social distancing can be maintained
  • Toilet facilities are strictly one in, one out
